This quaint bungalow boasted a great location and the cutest cottage vibe. Some of the key design elements for updating this bungalow were a trendy accent wall in the living room, opening up the (and arching) the wall between the dining room and kitchen, and modernizing the unique floor plan so it made sense for potential buyers. We created two master suites which was a great selling feature!
