This Pinterest perfect home in South Tampa had great bones, including a HUGE living room, an awesome screened porch, and ample square footage. However, the space wasn’t efficient, making it feel quirky and not functional. With some creative thinking we were able to turn an odd room off the kitchen into a really cool coffee bar and pantry with open shelving. We also took a big risk and turned on of the original bedrooms into walk-in closets for the master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms. We took the home from a four bedroom to a three bedroom but now there’s a proper primary suite featuring a luxurious bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate floating tub.
